About Anna
Anna Ladipo is an Associate Professor, Academic Director, author, speaker, and entrepreneur with a multifaceted professional background spanning academia, industry, and entrepreneurship. She is passionate about developing leaders at every stage — from graduate students and corporate professionals to doctors, engineers, and executives.
As Academic Director of the Project Management Certificate Program and Associate Professor at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas, Anna leads graduate-level instruction in project management, operations management, and leadership. She has redesigned the entire UTD PM Certificate curriculum to reflect current industry standards, emerging technologies, and global best practices — impacting hundreds of students who go on to lead complex initiatives across the United States and beyond. Anna is also a PhD candidate in Public Affairs at UT Dallas beginning Fall 2026, deepening her commitment to advancing leadership and project management as disciplines of national importance.
Her career spans over 20 years leading enterprise transformation programs at Fortune 500 companies across banking, insurance, and financial services — including serving as command center lead for the largest bank acquisition in North American history at the Bank of Montreal. Anna has managed multi-million dollar programs, led cross-functional international teams, and driven digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries and geographies.
As a published author and practitioner-scholar, Anna’s work has appeared in PM World Journal and is forthcoming in a Routledge publication co-authored with UTD’s Associate Provost. She has also submitted a case study to Harvard Business Publishing. Anna is a confirmed speaker at the PMI Global Webinar Series and organizes the UTD Annual Project Management Symposium and Virtual PM Conference — platforms that bring together industry leaders, academics, and practitioners from around the world.
As the founder of NGSIT Inc. and its subsidiary Luxstopp, Anna has delivered project management and leadership training to corporate clients across North America while supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners in building and scaling their online presence. Her work sits at the intersection of industry, academia, entrepreneurship, and professional development.

Anna holds an MBA from Queen’s University and is a PhD candidate in Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Dallas. She holds professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP®), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Fellow of the Life Management Insurance Institute (FLMI), and the Effective Teaching Practice Certificate from ACUE. She is also a PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor.
